The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
property (land and irnproveliients thereon) within the assessment dis
tr:icts formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2411 (University
Avenue Distrlct Off-Street Parking Project No. 52-13) and Resolution
of Intention No. 2425 (University Avenue District Off-Street Parking
Pro,jtct· r~o. 52-14), adopted March 2, 1953 and April 13, 1953, respec-
tively, and now combined into one district pursuant to proceedings had
therefor (exclusive of publlc property in use in the performance of a
public function), a special tax in the sum of$ .309 upon each One
Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation thereof, for interest ~nd
principal installments on Bond Plan E, University Avenue District·
Parking Bonds of 1957 and University Avenue District Off-Street Park
ing Bonds of 195~, Series 11 A11
