ORDINANCE OF THE COUNClL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING CHAPTER il.32 {MISCELLANEOUS DIVISIONS
OF LAND) OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE TO AOD
SECTION 21.32.015 TO CONFORM SUBDIVISION PROCEEDURES
TO STATE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
SECTION 1. Chapter 21.32 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding Section 21.32.015 to read
as follows:
"21.32.015 Submission of Tentative-Map; Pitrcel
1<;1P• For any miscellaneousdiv:lsion of land into
e or more parcels that is.covered by subsection
(c) of Sectio~ 11535 of the Busin~ss and Professions
Code of the State of California, as from time to
time amended, compliance with subsection' (d) of
Section 11535 of the Business and Professions Code
of the State of California, a_s from time to time
amended, is required.11 ··
SECTION 2. Thi~ ordinance shall become effective thirty
days aft~r its passage.
