ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS·
114 ANDll6 MONROE DRIVE FROM R-l:B-8 TO O'-A
The Counci 1 of the City of Palo Al t-o does ORDAIN as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08~040 of ,the Palo Alto Municipal
Code (the Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the zoning
of certain property known as 114 and 116 Monroe Drive from
R-1: B-8 to 0-A.
SECTION 2. Said property is shown on a map _attached
hereto, mar:ked EXHIBIT A, and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shali_become effective upon
the expiration of thirty days from its passage.
