_AMENDING SECTION 21.32.020-0F '.riiEPALO ALTO MUNI-
CIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO DIVISIONS on LAND INTO
LESS THAN FIVE PARCELS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1.. That Section 21. 32. 020 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
u21. 32. 020 Planning Officer ap;eroval. ri'he planning
officer may approve an application to divide lands into
less than five lots, provided that if the land to be
divided exceeds five acres or any parcel resulting from
the di vision exceeds .two acre!; 1 the procedure set forth
in subsection (d) of Section 11535 of the Business and
Professions Code shall be followed. Applications for
divisions of land under this section shall be subj~ct
to any requirement or condition that the City Council
coul? impose in approving a subdivision.11
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon the·
expiration of thirty days from its.passage.
