AMENDING SECTION 18.00.040 OP THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE CHANGING THE ZONING .OF CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS
521 CHANNING AVENUE FROM P-C TO R-4
The council of the City of Palo Alto does'ORDAIN as fol-
SECTION 1. Section 10.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code {the Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the zoning
of certain property k?1own as 521 Channing Avenue from P·-C to
R-4.
SECTION 2. Said property is shown on·a map attached
hereto, marked EXHIBIT A, and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiration of thirty days from its pffsbciy~~
