CHAPl'ER 12. 16 OF TITLE 12. OF THE PALO ALTO
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 7
The Council of the City -tit Palo Alto, California, does ordain
as follo·wa:

WHEREAS, this Council did, on March 10, 1969, al.lopt its Resolu
tion of Intention No. -4219 to establish Underground Utility District
. No. 7 in said City and appointed Monday, the _28th day of Apr:l.l, l<)G9_,_
at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Palo Alto, California, as the time ana place of hearing protests
and receiving evidencP. for and against said proposed action and
directing noticej
WHEREAS, -not.Jee was given of the time and place therein stated
in the manner provided by law, as appears from the affidavits on file
in the office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly· for hearing at the time
therein fixed; and
WHEREAS; all written protests and other written ,_communicati6ns
were pliblicly rea_d at said meeting and evidence duly taken and all
persons desiring to be heard were fully heard; '
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DE~RMINED and ORDER.ED, as follows:

4. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the expiration

The foregoing ordinance was duly and-regularly introduced at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of-J>alo Alto held on the
