ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY or PALO ALTO
AMENDING SEcrroN 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE CHANGiNG THE ZONING OF CERTAIN P80PERTY KNOWN AS
520-532 HOMER AVENUE FROM R·4 TO P-C
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Sectio11 18. 08. 040 of the Palo Al to Municipal
Code (the Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the zoning
of certain property kno~ as 520-532 Homer Avenue from R-4
to P-C.
SECTION 2. Said property.is shown on a map attached
hereto, marked EXHIBIT A and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance· shllll become effective upon
the expiration of thirty days from its passage.
