A~NDING SECTION 18. 08. 040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIP.l\L .
. <;ODE CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN Pl\OPERTY KNOWN AS
1700 EMBARCADERO ROAD FROM L-M~D TO P-C
The Counqil of -th~. City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follhws:
SECTION 1. Sedtion 18.08.040 of the Pal~'Alto ~unicipal
Code (The Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the zoning
of certain property known as 1700 Embarcadero Road from
L-M-D to P-C.
SECTION 2. Said property is shown on a map attached
hereto, marked EXHIBIT "A"-and incorporated herein by re(erence.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become ·effective upon
the expiration of thirty days from its passage.
