ORDiNANCE NO. 2480
ORDINANCE OF.THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING
THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1968-1969 TO MAKE ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION FOR DUCK POND LANDSCAPING PHASE I, PROJECT 67-7
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
June 10, 1968 adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1968-1969; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make an additiona appropriation
in excess of the sums appropr~ated by said budget for Duck Pond
Landscaping Phase I (Project 6 7-7) •
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. That the appropriation in the Capital Improvement
Fund for Duck Pond Landscaping Phase I (Project 67-7) be increased
from Twenty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($22.,500.00) to
Thirty-two thousand five hundred thirty dollars ($32,530.00); and
that the Unappropriated Balance of the Capital Improvement Furtd be.
decreased in the amount of Ten thousand thirty dollars ($10,030.00)~

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall become effective innnediateiy-·
as provided in Section 12 of Article Ill of the Charter and Section
2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
