ORDINANCE OF THE.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS
355 LAMBERT AVENUE, 308 CHESTNUT ~VENUE AND J358 BIRCH
STREET FROM M-l:S AND R-3 TO P-F:D
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fql-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code (the Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the zoning
of certain property known as 355 Lambert Avenue, 308 Chestnut
Avenue and 3358 Birch Street from M-l:S and R-3 to P-F:D.
SECTION 2. Said property is shown on a map attached
hereto, marked EXHIBIT A, and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiration of thirty days from its passage.
