The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against-and upon all of the r~al
property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment dis-
-tricts formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2411 (Universlty
Avenue District Off-Street Parking Project No. 52-13) and Resolution
of Intention No. -2425 (Universl t,1 'Avenue Dls,tl'"ict Off-Street Parking
