ORDINANCE NO. 2457
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNI
CIPAL CODE CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 3850 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD FROM A-R TO R-3:P
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Secti6nle.os.o40 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code (the·zonir&g Map) is hereby amended to change the' zoning
of certain property known as 3850 Middlefield Road from A-R to
SECTION 2. Said property is shown on a map attached hereto,
marked EXHIBIT A, and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiration of thirty d~ys from its passage.
