SECTION 1. Section 18 I 08 e 040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code (the Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the ~oning ..
of appro~imately 44.75 acres of land in the vicinity of Los Trancos
Rc~d westerly of the Palo Alto Foothills Park from R-E:A to A-C.
SECTION 2. Said proper~y is shown on a map attached hereto,
marked EXHIBIT A, and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3 ... This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiration of thirty days from its passage~
