ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY OEStGNATED AS "STANFORD NO~ 14 A."iNEXATlON"
TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
WHEREAS, on the second day Qf July ·1~S8 the Santa Clara
County Local Agency For.ma1".ion Commission did in session duly
assembled.pass and adopt Resolution No. 68-206 approving.the
annexation proposal known as STANFORD 'J'.!O. 14 to the .City of
Palo Alto, said resolution describing the boundaries of the ter
ritory proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No; 68-206 did contain a claus~
authorizing the City of Palo Alto to an11ex such territory without
hearing and without election pursuant to Govern.~ent Code Section
54797.l; and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Palo Alto,
and is uninhabited territory in the county of Santa Clara;
NOW, . THERE.FORE I the Council of the City of Palo Al to does>~ -

ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. _ The Councii does approve the annexation of the
territory hereinafter described to the-City of Palo A.I.to, and doss . ,
ordain that the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the
City of Palo Aito.
