ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "STANFORD NC. 13 ANNEXATION"

TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO\

WHEREAS, on the second day_ of Ju~y 1968 the Santa·cJ~re
county Local Agency Ft;trnftion Commission did in session duly
assembled pass and adopt Resolution-No. 68-205 approving the
annexation proposal known as STANFORD NO. 13 to the City of
Palo Alto, said redolution describing the boundaries of the ter
ritory proposed to be annexed; and

WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 68-205 did contain a clause
authorizing the City of Palo Alto to annex such territory wit~out
hearing and without election p\lrsuant to Government Code Section
54797.l; and
WHEREAS, said t~rritory i$ contiguous to the city of Palo Alto,
and is·cuninhabitea·.territory• in the county of Santa. 'Clara;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City.of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION l •. The Cour.cil does approve the annexation of the
·" :teiri~ory hereinafter described to the. City of Palo Alt6f az:ia does
·ordain that the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the
·city· of Palo .Aito.
That said tert~tory, the annexatiQn of which to the City of
Palo Altc> is herein approy~~, is all that terl:'itc;>ry situate in
