ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 2.30.091 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (CERTIFICATE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-

SECTION l. That Section 2.30.091 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code be amended to read as follows:
"2 .·30. 091 Certificate of nondiscrimination. Each bidder
shall enclose with h:[S bid a· certificate stating whether
he is currently in compliance with all federal and State
of Califocnia laws covering nondiscrimination in employment~
