ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 16.04.190 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (OFFICIAL FIRE ZONE MAP .OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO)
BY CHANGING THE PROPERTY REZONED FROM ·R· 5 TO C-3: 5' AND

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
-SECTION 1. The "Official Fire Zone Map of the City of
Palo Alto, California11 (Section 16.04.190 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code) is hereby amended by changing the fire zone
of the property rezoned from R-5 to C-3:S and 0-A at 4186 El
Camino Real as indicated on the map attached hereto marked
EXHIBIT A and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Building Of fici~~, 'is hereby auth~rized
and directed to make said change on said map on file in this
office.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiration of thi:rty days: from the date :of its passage.
