Upon the payment of one dollar each, duplicates of the certificate or temporary cert~ficate may be secured by the owner, architec·t, engine2r, ·contractor, permittee or tenant. (f) Compliance. No person shall use or occupy any building or structure, or any portion thereof, for which a certi- ·ficate of occupancy .ts required by this Section 306 without first obtaining, posting, and keeplng posted, a proi>er certifi~ate of occupancy as required by this Section 306. 16.0i.oll0 Section 423 amended-Value or valuation defined. Sufficient area shall be provided to assure that no heat­ ing panels will be:covered by surface mounted lighting units. 5. P. or smaller furnace or air condit_ioning motors may be connected to a receptacle circuit and be counted as one m..ttlet on that circuit.
