AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
· CODE TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF THE PROPER':W KNOWN AS
4171 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD FROM P-C TO M-1: S AND 0-A
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
·SECTION 1. Secti.on 18.08.040 of the Pe.lo Alto Municipal
Code (the Zoning Map) is hereby amended to change the zoning
... of the property known a8 4171 Middlefield Road. fi·om P-C to
M-l:S and 0-A.
SECTION 2. 1'he affected property .and ~hP ··zone change
contemplated hereby are shown on a map marked EXHIBIT A
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon
