ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCii, OF THE CITY .OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 16.20.180 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE REGULATING LOC1'\TION OF ROOF SIGNS
1'he Council of the City of· Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION L Section 16.20~l80(b) of the Pato Alto-
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 (b) ,!!eight. Any roof sign which is set
-back at least -eight feet from the erJge oi: the -
roof or firewall shall have a maximum height of
fifteen feet ·ft"om the firewall or plm~c on the
roof where th~ bal:!_e of the: sign ·ts· erected~ .l Any ·
sign not so set back shall hAve a maximum height
of four feet above the firewall or place-en the
roof where the base of the sigh is erected."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiraiion of thirty days from the date of its passage.
