ORDINANCE OF __ THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
·AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE . FISCAL YEAR 196 7-1968
TO ld.AKE AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CALIFORNIA A VENUE
DIStRICT OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT--65-09
__ ~EREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III.of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
July 10_, ~967, adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1967-1968; and-

priation in excess of the sums appropriated by said budget for

Special Asse~sment District Off-Street Parking Project 65-09;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. That an appropriation in the amount of SIXTY
SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($66,000) be made frofu:the Unappropriated
Balance of the Capital Improvement Fund and that this sum be
transferred,· to the Califorpia Avenue Special Assessment District

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall' become effective
immediately pursuant to Section 2.04e37S of the Paio Alto
Municipal Code.
