ORDINANCE NO. 2413
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF ·-THE CITY OF PALO. ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCl..L YEAR 1967~1968
TO MAK£ AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR EXPANSION
·OF THE JUNIOR MUSEUM, PROJECT 66-16
WHEREAS, pux·suant to the provisions of. Sect.ion 12 of· Article
!I! of the Charter of the C'ity of Palo Alto; thA. Council did on
July 10, 1967 adop; a budget for the fiscal year 1967-1968; and
WHEREAS, the council wishes to make an additional appropi.la-
tion in excess of the Fums appropriated by said budget for Expansion
of the Junivr Museum {Project 66-16},
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council Of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION l. That the appropriation in the Capital Improvement
Fund for Junior Museum Expansion (Project 66~16} be increased from
Two Hundred Thousand Dollars {$200~000} to Two Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($225,000) and that the Unappropriated Balance of
the capital Improvement· Fund be correspondingly decreased.
SECTION 2~ That this ordinance shall become effective iminedi-
ately pursuant to Section 2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Mlmicipal Code.
