ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION. 18.08.040 OF TIIE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE PRE-ZONINC'CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS .TOWER MOTEL
ANNEXATION 1-67 TO R_.l, C-3:S, L-M:D AND L-M:A-D
The Council of the Ci.ty of Palo Alto does ORllAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. ·Section 18.08.040 (the Zoning Map) of the Palo
Alto Municipal Coje is. _h~reby ·amended by pre-zt>nir1g certain··
property not now within the corporate limits of the Ci_t}' ~.f P.c:tlo
Alto and known as Tower Motel Annexation 1-67, as R-1,. C-3:S,
L-M:D and L•M:A-D, as shown on a map a·ttached hereto, incorporated
· herein by reference, and entitled "Zoning for Tower Motel Annex
ation 1-67".
SECTION 2. Said amendments to Seq,tion 18 .08 .040 (the Zoni.ng
Map) shall become effective upon the effective date that said
territory is annexed to the-City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. Sections l and 2 of this ordinance are enacted
under the authority delegated to cities pursuant to Section 65859
of the Government Code.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective·upon the
expiration of thiftY days from its passage.
