ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 16.04.190 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ESTABLISHING ·FIRE ZONES FOR THE PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE TOWER MOTEL, ANNEXATION 1-67
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-.
SECTION l. Section 16. 04 .190 (Official Fire Zone Ma.p of the
City of Palo Alto) is hereby amended by establishing Fire Zbne
No. 2 for the distric~prezoned C-3:S, L-M:o·arid L-M:A-D and
Fire Zone No. 3 for the district prezoned R-1 ·for the proper't.y
. -known as the ~ower Motel Annexation .1-67, as indicated on the
map attached hereto,dated January 31, 1968, marked EXHIBIT A
and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Building Official is hereby authorized and
directed to make said change on said map on file in.his office
upon the effective date that said territory is annexed to the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3; This ordinance shall bec0me effective upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
