AN ORDH{ANCE AMEUDING THE PALO 'ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO SUPPLEMENTAL REMEDIES FOR THE

The Council of t1~1e City of Palo Al to does orda1 n as follows:
Sect~_on 1. Subsection ( x) is added to Section 13.16~130 of
Chapter 23.16 oi' Tit.le 13 _of the Palo Alto MunicipaJ: Code, to read:
"{x) Stipplemental __ Remedies. The supplemental security
and remedy provisions of Pe.rt 13 (commencing at Section 8800).
of Division 10 of the Streets and Highways Code shall apply .
. This section is adopted pursuant to Section 43240 of the
. Government Code. "
Section 2. The provisions of Subsection (x) of Section 13.16.130
of Chapter 13.16 of Title 13 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code added to
said Code by this Ordinance, shall apply to all bonds issued and sold
under Bond Plans D, E or G after the effective date of this Ordinance
regardless of when the proceed:l.ngs for the authorization thereof
were initiated or completed.
Section 3. This Ordj_nance shall go into effect thi~ty (30)
days after its f'inal passage by this Council.
