KNOWN AS 4035 EL CAMINO WAY FROM R-1 TO R..;.5
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code (the Zoning 1'1r:tp) is hereby amended to change the zoning of
' a portion of the property known as 4035 El Camino Way. from R-1
to R-5.
SECTION 2.. The affected property and the zone change con
templated hereby are shown on a map mar:k~d EXHIBIT A. attached , ·
hereto and by referen~e ~ade a part hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
expiration of thirt:y·days from its passage.
