AN ORDINANCE AM£lmING ORDINANCE 1278, oom:m

SECnON 19 ~ 161 AND DECLARING AN' EMERGENCY
-The Colt.lricil ~:>f the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of SectiOn 19.161 of Ordinance 1278,
COdif~eci;Ord1nance No .. 5~ is hereby amended to read as follows:
