ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SUBSECTION (c) OF SECTION 1.0.60.140 OF

THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PERMIT
PARKING
The Council'of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of Section 10.60.140. (Permit

Parking) is hereby amended to _read as follows:

11 (c) -The city manager may issue parking pennits
upon application therefor and upon the payment of
a fee in-an amount to be determined by the city
'manager. Such permit shall designate the parking
lot for which it is issued and shall be affixed
at or near the center of the rear bumper in such
a manner that it can be readily identified frO!:n
the rear of :_the vehicle for which_ it is issued.
Such permit may contain such instructions· as t:o
its use as may be deemed appropriate by the city
tnanage:t.11

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
expiration of thirty days frc;no its passage.
