ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTlON 5.20.010 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE PERTAINING TO ANIMALS AT LARGE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDA~N as

SECTIO~ l. Section 6.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code
is hereby a.~ended to read as follows:
11 6.20.010 Animals at large. No person owning or
having possession, charge, custody, or control of any
animal, except cats, shall cause, permit or allow the
animal to stray, run, or in any other manner to be at
large in or upon aliy public street, sidewalk, park,
or schoolground, or upon any unenclosed lot or land 11
•
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty
days after the expiration of its passage.
