ORIGINAL ORDINANCE· NO~ 2388 --- ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF TitE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING SECTIONS 10.44.010 AND 10.60.030 or THE .PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE CLARIFYING ESTABLISHED PARKING RESTR~CTIONS AND PROVIPING FOR MULTI~LE CITATIONS FOR CONTINUED PARKING VIOLATIONS The Council of the City -of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follo""s: SECTION 1. Section 10.44.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal C•Jt.H.~ is hereby atuended to read as follows·: 11 1{). 44. Olu Restrict ions established-Signs des,ignat·i!!.8,. (a) The city council shall by ordinance or: i:esolut:ion establish such parking, or stopping, standing anu parKing restrictions o~ prohibitions as may be necessary, and the city manager shall designate such streets, portions of streets, or city-owned parking lo~sby appropriate signs or mal."ldngs giving effect to such par1dng or stopping,. standing and parking restrictions or prohibitions.
