AMENDING SUBSgCTION(a) OF SECTION 18.88.110 OF'
THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO 1ME
SURFACE OF PARKING,LOTS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does OPillAIN as fol-
SECTION 1. Subsect-i hn (a) of Section 18.88 .1.10 of the
Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 (a) Surface of parking lots. Parking lots
shall be surfaced· and maintained with asphaltic,
concrete, or other compacted material which will
eliminate mud, dust and loose gravel, and shall
have adequate drainage-and 'grading, all as
approved by the City Engineer."
.SECTIO~ 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon.
the expiration of thirty days from its passage.
