ORDINANCE NO. 2386
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE SETBACK MAP OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
TO REMOVE THE SETBACK LINES ON BOTH SIDES OF OREGON
AVENUE EXPRESSWAY BETWEEN A~. STREET AND BAYSHORE
FREEWAY
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does OR.DAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. The "Setback Map dated October 12, 1959", a
part of Section 20.08.020 of the Palo·Alto Municipal Code, is
hereby ame-nded. to remove the setback. lines on both sides of .
Oregon Avenue Expressway between Alma Street and Bayshore
Freeway.
SECTION 2. The Building Official is hereby authorized
and directed to make.this change on the aforesaid ~a.p on file
in his office.
SECTION 3. 'This ordinance shall become effective upon
th~ expiration of thirty days_from its passage.
