SEC. 3.12 It INTERSTATE COMMERCE. Convict1on of any felony or misdemeanor in'w"Ol ving m()r,al t\lrpitude. 5. Conducting the,,::uslness for wh1cb the l1cence 1s 1s:~u.~d in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to consti1~~'ce a breach of ,the pe2.ce or to const1tute a IUenace to thE~ health .. safety and general welfare of the public. An auctioneer is any person wbo sells or offers for sale any real or personal property at auction (exclusive of court sales) or who carries on the business of' auctioneer .. 1flbeth~r at a fixed place of business 1n the City or not. B. The. fee for conducting the business of auctio!1eer shall be $200.00 per year or $5.00 per day. C. Special regulations pertaining to licenses issued under this section are as follows: .
