S'.r.ATE OF CALIF<)RNIA, A'i1lHORIZIHG THe FLUORIDATION OF
THE PAI,O AL'l'O MUNICIPAL VA1'ER SUPPLY
The people of the:ity of Palo Alto do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Cit.y Managar is h'ereby autborized and
direc.ted to take the nee.essary steps and. means to ad.d suff1-
cient amounts of an apPI'()ved fluoride compound 'to 81,1 watel"
served. to consumers in tbe City or Palo Alto, Ca11£c,rn1a" to
produce and ma1nta,1.c. at all times in all parts of the distribu

ber 2" 1954.
