by the United States Bureau ot Standards, but said Tag Closed Cup
Tester aball be authoritative 1n the case ot disputes. All tests

SEC. 17.102. INTENT OF THIS AR'.rICLE.
It is the 1ntent of this Article to prescribe regulations con

hazardous substances, materials and deVices, and trom conditions
