An ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OP PALO ALTO AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF ORDINANCE NO. 1324,
THE "ZONING ORDDiANCB"
The Council of' the City of Pale• Alto does ordain as follows:
Section l. That Article IX of Ordinance No. 132~-. the "Zon
ing Ordinance," her eby is amended by adding thereto a new section to be designated Section 9.03 and to read a3 follows:
"Sec. 9.03. Uses Requiring Use Permits as Provided in Article 23.
(a) Water well~ and appurtenant facilities for
the production, u.se, distribution, and/or sale or water to consumers without the boundaries or the City of l~alo Al to."
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular meeting of the CoUr.cil of the City or
Palo Alto on Monday, the 9th day of N'ovember, 1953, and was
thereafter,, on Monday, the 23rd day 1)f November, 1953, duly and regularly passed by t he following vote:
