AME:h"DINO SECTION 3.02 OP ORDINANCE NO. 1324,
THE "ZONING ORDINANCE"
The Cour.cil of the City of ?alo Alto does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Th3t Section ~-02 of Art:1cle lI! of Ordinance'
No. 1324, the "Zoning Ordinance cf the C:l.ty of Palo Alto, beiug
the zoning map cf the Ci'l:y of Palo Alto, be amended as follows :
That the territory shown or1 the attached map
marked E:xhibH "A" and known a~; Stanford Uni versity
AnrJexation No. 3, a·nnexed to the City of Palo Alto
by Ordinance No. 1497, shall be i:oned R-~ ~ General
Apartment District, and C-3, General Commercial
D1Htr1ct, as indicated on said Exhibit "A", and that
said terri~ory shall be shown on sai d zoni ng map and zo':'led according to legends, symbols, notations·, refer
ences, and other niatters shown thereon, which shall
apply to and shall.be ~n effect uoon all lands included
w1th1n the 'boundaries of each ano every d1str1ct as
shown upon said Exhibit "A" attached hereto as defined
in Ordinance No. 1324 of the City of Pt.lo Alto, as
amended .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take erfect thirty (30)
days after the adoption of Ordinance No. 1497 approving the
annexation or certain uninhabited te~ritory designated as
"Stanford Ur.ivers1ty.Annexation No. 3."
The above and for~going ordinance wa' duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meetin3 of the Co~~cil of the City of
Palo Alto on Monday, the 9th day of Novemb~r , 1953, and was
thereafter, on Mondny, the 23rd day or November, 1953, duly
and regularly passed 'by t he fellowing vote:
