AMENDING SECTION 3.02 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1324,
THE II ZO?lING ORDINANCE"
The Council of the City of Palo Alto ·joes ordain as follow~:
Section l . That Section ~.02 or Article III of Ordinance No. 1324, the "Zc-ning Ordinance of the City or Palo Alto, being
the zoning map or the :a ty of PalC! Alto, be amended as f ollows:
That the territory shown 0;1 the attached ma"O marked
Exh1b1 t II A", bei·{lg property lying generally Southerly or
the intersection or California .~venue and El Camino Real
including that t •.?rr1tory desig'!'lated as Stanford University
Annexation No. 2 and annexed to the \ity or Palo A!to by
Ordinance No. 14~6, be zoned C-3 :5, C'reneral Commercial
Special Parking ;)istrict, 0-A, Open Area District, and
L-M:S, Limited Manufacturing Sp1~cial Parking Distr::.ct , as
i ndicated on saicl Exh1b1t "A". and tr.at said territ ory be
shown on said zoning mati and zonC'd according to legends,
syobols, notations, references, and other matters shown
thereon, which shall apply to <rnd :;hall be in effect upon
all lands 1nclud1!d w1th1n the boundaries of each and eve-:y
district as show:1 upon sa1d Exh!.bit "A" attached hereto as

Section 2. This ordinance shali. take effect th1rt:r (30) days
after the adopt1o:i of Ordinance No. 1496 approving the annexa
