AN ORDINANCE OP THE CITY OF F'ALO ALTO AMENDING
SECTION .3.02 OF.ORDINANCE NO. 1324,
THE "ZONING ORDINANCE~
--
The Council or the City or Palo Alto does ordain as ~ollows:
Section l . That Section 3.02 of Art!cle III or Ordinance
No. ~'"'tlii"°"Zon1ng .Ordinance" or the City of. Palo Alto, being
the zon1ne~ map .qr the City of Palo Alto, be amended as follows:
That the "A" or Agricultural District designation
be re~oved from the territory shown on the attached map
marked Exhibit "A", being those properties in Sterling
Gardens No. 2 to ,..h1ch the "A" District designation has
been heretofore applied, together with Tract Nos. 771,
1174, 1137, 1135, 1122, and 1173. Said territory shall
be shown on said zoning map and zoned according to legends,
symbols, notations, references, and oth~r matters shown
thereon, ~h1ch shall apply to and shall be in effect upon all
lande i ncluded within the boundaries of each and every
district ae &hown upon said Exhibit "A" attached. hereto as
defined in O,.d1nance No. 1324 of ';h!. City of Palo Al to, as
amend~. ·
The above and fo1~going ordinance w.:ts duly and regularl y
introduced at a regrllar meeting of the 1::011ncil of the City of
?a lo Al to on Monday, t he 14th day of Se·~t~imber, 1953, and was
thereafter, on Monday, t he '28th day of :)eptember, 1953, duly and regul.arly passed by the following vote:
