AMENDING SECTION 109 OP ORDINANCE NO. 1277,
BEING TKB ADMINISTRATIVE coo~. CK.llNOING THE
NUMBER OF MBMBBRS ON STANDDfG COMMI'l"l'BBS.
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES ORDAIN as foll °"•s :
Section 1. That Section 109 of Ordinance No. 1277, being
the Adi!lini~trative Code of the City of Palo Alto, hereby in amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 109. STANDI NG COMMIT!'EES
At the second regular meeting of the Couc<'11
1n July after the· election of the ;:.tayor ~ the
.Mayor shall appoi nt the following standing
commi ttees from the members of the Council
consi sting of ·r ive (5) or nore members each."
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regula.rly introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of the CitJ of
Palo Alto on Monday the 27th day or July , 1953, and was thereafter, on Monday the 10th day o~ August , 1953, duly and regularly passed by the followi~g votes:

Byxbee, Cashel, Cummings, ~:dale, Hanley, Huston,
Marshall, Mitchell, Rodgers, Ruppenthal, Si~pson , Wickett.
None .
ABSENT: Bish'op, Co:rcoran , Porter.
