ORDINANCE NO. 1324, R2ZON!NG PROPERTY
TO P-C.
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOE.S ORDAIN as follows:

Section l. That Section 3.02 of Article III of Ordinance
No. l~~ng Ordinanc·e of the City of ?alo Alto, bein1~
::he Zoning 1-lap of the City of Palo Al to, be amended as fol
lows:
That ;the territory shown on the attached maµ
marked Exhibit "A" shall be rezoned to P-c. Planned
Community District, according to ihe legends, sym
bols, notations, references and other matters shown thereon, which shall apply to and be in effect upon
all lands included within the boundaries of such dis
trict as shown upon said Exhibit ~A" attached hereto
as defined in Ordinance No. 1324 ~f .the City of Palo Alto, as amended; that said territory be developed
in compliance with Article 16 of 3aid ordinance;
that the portion of said territory designated on said
map as "area a" be developed in accordance with the
provisions or Article 8 of said o~dinance and that
the portion or said territory designated as"area b" on sa1d map be developed 1n accordance with.a general
plan submitted by the applicant for said rezoning and
entitled "Shopping Center Site Plin, Middl efield and
Charleston Roads, July, 1953," on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The above and foregoin3 ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular ~ieeting of the Council or the CLty of
:Palo Alto on Mon~ay, the 27th day of July, 1953, and wa:s
thereafter on Monday, thEr 10th day of August, 1953, duly and
regularly passed by the following vote:
