said Exhibit "An attached hereto, as defined in Ordi

introduced at a regular meeting of t he Council of t he City of
Palo Alto on Monday, the 13th day of July, 1953. and was
t hereafter on Monday, t he 27th day of July, 1953, duly and regular ly passed by t he following vote:
