The Council or the City or Palo Alto DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Section l. That the Alley bounded by Forest, Homer, High
and Bmeraon Street be established as a one-way alley, and that
traffic shall proceed in a southe1~ly dtrection only thereupon.
The above and roreg1ng ordinnn•:e was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of ·~t:.e Council of the C1 ty or
Palo Alto on Monday, the 25th day o:r May, 1953, and was
