The Council or the City of Palo Alto DOBS ORDA.I}. ae follows:
Section l. That Section 11.13 of Ordinance No. 1324, as
amended, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Palo Alto,
re rear yards in the Central Business District, be aaiend~ to
read as follows :
Sec. ll .13 Rear Yarde: Tt:enty (20) feet where
aceesslble .for loading area purposes
from a street or alley. Building mny
project over rear yard area providing
twelve (12) feet clear vertical dis
tance rrom .gro~nd level is maintained.
Building Code and other regulation• shall apply.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced nt a regular meeting of the Council or the City of:
