Sect1on l. That a s·p·ec1al m~micipal bond election be and it is hereby ordered to be held in the City or Palo Alto on
Tuesday, March 18, 1952, at which election shall be submitted to the qualified electors or said city the following propusition
to incur indebtedness or said city, to Wit:
Proposition #l. Shall the City or Palo Alto incur a bonded indebtedness in the ?r1ncipal
amount or *100,000.00 for the object and purpoee or
the-add1Uon and 1mprovnent or existing 111Un1c1pally
owned real property at the corner of Embarcadero Road
and Newell Road 1n the City of Palo Altoi by the
acquisition or contigllous adjoinin; real property
and the improvement thereof, 1ncl~ding paving and
lighting, but exclusive of any buildings t hereon?
That the estimated cos't or the municipal imp~.;,ements set forth in said Proposition #l is the sum or $100,000~00~ and the
~ amount or the indebtedness proposed to oe incurred for aaid mun1-.
