follOws:
Section l.
the Zoning Ordinance
Tha·t subdiv-.ls1on (a) of. Section 23.02 or
No. 1324, relative to the application and
be ;1mended t o read a.s follows: · fee for use pen:1 ts,
(a) Applica~1on for a use permit shall be made to the Planning Cor31111ssion in writing on
a rorm prescribnd b7 the Comicission and :shall
be accoaipanied hy plans and elevations necessary
to show detai~s ot the proposed use or building.
Sueb application shall be accompanied by a tee
Of fifteen dollnra ($15 .00), no part O~ Whicb shall be returnable to t he applicant.
Section 2. That a1.Wdiv~sion (a) or Section 2-.02 of t~ Zoning Ordinance No. 1324, rfllative to t i ling tees tor
variances, be amc-nded to read as follon ~
