State of California, hereinafter referred to as the Planning Cea:-· ·-·.· mission, .is hereby designated as the Advi sory Agency with reepect to subd1vi~ions as prov1o.ed in the Subdivision Map Act. 1.3 The· Planning Ccmmiss!on shall have all 'the powers and duties with respect to tentati·1e and· final maps, and the pro­ ·cedure relating th?ret o , w'hich are specified by law and by this 0":d1nance·.· · 1.4:·::.It. shall b.;; lUll'!wful for any individual, firm, asso­ ciation, sy:idicate, co-;:>artnersM.p , corporation, trust or any other legal e~t1ty, as a p~incipal, agent or otherwise to offer to sell, to contract to sell,· or to sen ·any subdivision of ·1and cir any part thereof in the City of Pr.lo Alto, unless· and until all the requir~ments hereinafter proviced have been complied with. . ' SECTION' II. TENTA'l'IVE MAI' 3 .10 F:!:ling and Department Approval (a) Seven (7) copies of a tentative map of the pro­ posed subdivision of ar1y land,. together with additional data required, shall be filed with the City Engineer at least fHteen Ct5) d·ays pr1o~· to the Planning Commission meeting ,at which con­ siderat1orl· is desired . ·A. filing fee of twen'cy-r1v1~ dollars ($25.00) s~ll be.require~ f or 'any subdivision of f ive (5) or more lo·ts. .. .(b)· The_ .City Engineer shall transmit copies of each tentative ·map to other departments 3nd agencies concerned. Upon receipt of: a copy or a tentat1 ve map each o.e'Oartment cor.cerned shall exam~.ne· the map to ascertain if it t!Oni·~rms to the requirements or such· department . Within ten (10) days the City Engineer shall make a written report to the .P+anning Commission, including the recom­ mendat16nsof all the depart~ents and agencies concerned. 3.20 ~. City Engineer. 3;23 '.Pentat1ve maps of .the subdivision of any land into fiv.e (5) or more lots shall contain the following information: (a)·The tract name o~ number, date, north point, scale and sufficient description to define the locati on and boundaries of the proposed · trac·t. · · (b) Name and address of record ewner or owners.
