Tl.e above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introducec. at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council of
the City cf Palo Alto on Monday, the 30th day of October, 1950,
and ~n~ehe same da te all rules were waived and ~he .ordinance
was adopted as an emergency ord'1nance by the rolloW1.ng vote: ,
