{b) Plan Check!~ Fees. Before plans and specl:~ica
tions are accepted f'or CEec ng, a plan checking fee in
addi·tion· to the l~'lilding permit fee shall be paid to· the
Building Inspector •. The pls.n checking· f'ee shall be one-hali; or the building permit fee.

Exception: 'A plan ch6ck1ng f·ee shall not be required f'or:
1. Buildings or st.rllctures wh.ose total valuatio:o'
1s less than $5,000.00;
2. :Buildings of stud bt,aring wall construction w1th
·~ no .floor or roof span in e~c:e1's of twenty-four feet (24' )i
3. Alterations and re·pflirs of noJl.-:structural· ns:t1n•e.
