ORDINANCE RELA.TING TO THE lMINTEl~NCE OF
TOILET FAC!LITIES IN EATING PLACES
The Cmm.cil of the City or Palo !-LL to DO ORDAIN as follow:~:
Section 1. That SectiO!l 4065 of Codified ,Ordinance Nc. .!;.
be amended i~o read as follows: 1 I I

Sec. 4065. Toilets. . . ··\
All toilets required b:r said l~ct shall have
self-closing doci's, shall be adequately lighted,
and shall be. screened wheJ:-e· nece~5sary. .Every
~building used· ir.. the production and handling of
food, v'he.re beth se:xes ar~~ employed .. shHll be
provided with ac6ees.to at least two toilets either.
located in such buildtn.g ~or conv~~nielntly located
in a building adja.cent th·ereto. There :~hall be_
at least one toile·.\~ for each twenty employees.
